INTRODUCTION

Our supplies include the products specified in our ''sales confirmation'' and are subject to the following terms and condition which the customer declares to know and to accept, excepting possible derogation stated in a written agreement. ''Incoterms'', as defined by the International Chamber of Commerce, shall govern all the foreign supplies.

PRODUCTS

In order to avoid any misunderstandings, it is advisable to refer to the names and the codes of our catalogues and/or price lists for the indication of the products.

PACKAGING

To reduce the delivery time and to help the customer stock the products, we reserve the right to convert the requested quantities in multiples of the standard packages, as shown in our catalogues. Packaging is restricted to the standard dimensions of containers.

20 Feet container: 2.35M x 2.35M x 5.95M

40 Feet container: 2.35M x 2.35M x 12.00M

Dimensions of our master cartons are 56x47x31 cm.

Capacity 1x20 container: 308 cartons (240 on pallets)

Capacity 1x40 container: 620 cartons (576 on pallets)

Actual packaging will appear on the proforma invoice.

PRICES

The prices applied will be those in force when the order is placed. Our prices include standard packaging; special packaging, if required by customer, will be charged at cost.

DELIVERY

It has to be assumed ex our warehouses and/or stores. We will indicate the delivery time terms for not available items.

SHIPMENT

Shipment terms will be shown on our proforma invoice. The goods travel at the purchaser's own risk.

PAYMENT

For overseas supplies payments should be effected by opening an irrevocable confirmed letter of credit or,

1. against draft or bank receipt at sight,

2. against other form of payments to be agreed upon.

OWNERSHIP CLAUSE

The products supplied by us will remain our property until fully paid for.

GUARANTEE

We guarantee the good quality of our products in compliance with the standard listed in our catalogues. Our warranty will limit to the replacement of the faulty products, excluding any other liability in particular for damages caused, if any, whatsoever by utilisation of our products. This guarantee terminates and will be no longer valid:

• One year after the delivery of the goods supplied.

CLAIMS

Only claims reaching us by written communication within 30 days after invoicing date will be taken into consideration.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our technical and commercial departments are available to the customers to provide any information on the characteristics and the application fields of our products.
